During the past 12 months, we’ve been diversifying the way Allcap works with clients. Off the back of this, we have entered a JV partnership with Reward Homes, recently securing two beautiful land subdivision sites in the undersupplied Singleton region in NSW.
349 Bridgman Road Obanvale (370 lots) and 133 Pioneer Road Hunterview (117 lots) will be home to some lucky buyers in the coming years. With a very supportive council behind both developments, we look forward to bringing these projects to market.
